• The “Community Tile” allows employees to like, comment, and share posts while also enabling them to recognize peers for their accomplishments.
• Direct surveys within the app help assess employee wellbeing and gather valuable feedback.
• Push notifications can be sent in real time or scheduled, ensuring that employees receive important information via their preferred devices.
• Family members can join the app at no cost, gaining access to the same resources as employees.
• Wellness challenges can be organized seamlessly, fostering healthy competition among colleagues.
• The Activity Tracker syncs with Apple Health or Google Fit, allowing employees to monitor their physical activity levels easily. This feature supports users in achieving fitness goals through tracking daily engagement levels.

Education:

• The app consolidates benefit offerings and provides detailed plan information, enabling employees to make informed choices for themselves and their families.
• APIs and SSO integrations grant easy access to payroll check stubs and provider searches.
• Integration with 401k/HRIS systems streamlines the connection between employees and their benefits programs.
